Google launches a new feature to the Google Chrome Browser, Chrome Remote Desktop this is actually a plugin, this Chrome Remote desktop plugin allows People to log in to the system remotely. All you need to do is just share the computer, another way is you can give the person an Access code to get access of your desktop/laptop. See below Image.
